I would get out of this situation and find an alternative. Your child is already acting poorly about getting out of her car....what other bad habits is he going to pick up from her and her children? Cause they sound kinda bratty and spoiled.....

Sounds to me that your neighbor is the type who just wants to complain and is maybe a bit spoiled herself. She has a hard time dealing with 4 kids in the car, but 3 of them are hers. Any time a person has multiple children they've got to know that there will be noise and chaos involved (I have 4 children... ). Maybe she just wants a sounding board and isn't really looking for advice at all. Of course she's complaining to you about your child, which makes you want to help figure out a solution. Tough situation for you!
