We had our annual trip to WDW all planned for the first week of June. My father became quite ill and now is doing much better. To make a long story short, it will be less expensive for him to come with us than to get a sitter for him at home. This is my dilemma. We need a place with two bathrooms and three beds. My daughter is begging to stay onsite as usual. She won't think she's been unless we do! I want my dad to have a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere a little since he won't be able to go to the parks. What is the cheapest deal that anyone knows about for us to have a place, possibly with a kitchenette? Thanks!:)

The DVC resorts are very nice and if you get a 2 BR you would have 2 BR (obviously) 2 bathrooms, a full size kitchen and a kitchenette, a jacuzzi tub, 3 tvs, 3 telephones, a VCR, a washer & dryer, 2 outside balconies, and a living room. The DVC resorts are not cheap though, maybe you could look into renting DVC points on the DVC rent/trade board. The points usually rent for $8.00 - $10.00 a point. Good luck!

But what about connecting rooms at a moderate or one of the All Stars. One adult could stay with Dad and one with DD, or any number of combinations. Close family friends did this at POR with an elderly (ailing) parent and the resort was wonderfully accomodating!!

Thanks! These are both great ideas! Keep 'em coming! I need all the help I can get right now!
