Why thank you so much. I spent about 2 hours on that one, I really ended up liking it, I almost didn't put it up

If my album sells well I might make a Western Carribean Album and then a west coast cruise album as requested from lkohawaii

I also want to make some more 2 page layouts, maybe WDW ones or something.

I just finished school today (went back to get a Web Design Certificate) so I have more time on my hands. I want to redo my cassworld.ca site and redo my digitalscrapbooks.ca site, not sure yet but at least I have more time to do all the stuff I want to do

Cass, I have been out of town but checked today and saw your album sold for $91 (U.S.). I'm sorry if there is another thread about this, but I wanted to ask if you did make any money on it and how the experience was in all. Are you planning to make more albums to sell, or just stick to individual layouts?

I was visiting a friend who put me to work scrapbooking her pictures. While I was doing it, I thought maybe I should try to do something to sell on E-Bay. I want to hear how you did first though!

I only had two bids (both from DISers LOL!) and it went for about $111 Cdn. It cost me roughly $100 Cdn to make it, so no, I didn't really make any money off it. It cost about $3-4 for listing fees just to put it up on ebay so I made my money back and that's it.

I won't be doing any more albums that way, since I put in 10 hours of work, which I had fun doing it but if I am not going to get paid for it, I would rather spend the time scrapping my own stuff

I put up two layouts as well, and I was working on a third one to put up but they never sold. The DCL one I did I actually love so I will put it in my chronological album when I finally get around to catching up ( my last page was March 2004 ) but I have a "Belle" layout and a half done "Cinderella" layout that I know I won't use. Maybe when I get the Cindy one done I will post it on this forum and just give them away to anyone who wants them.

Oh well, I tried at least and no big deal that it didn't turn out. I will just keep scrapping for ME I love both traditional and digital and I have a WDW/DCL trip coming up in October so I will be BUSY!

I am also redoing my cassworld site as we speak and all my spare time is devoted to that right now. (a very small part of my site is posted if you want a sneek peek , but it's FAR from being done)

Don't let me discourage you from posting on ebay though! Layouts do sell! Just not mine LOL

Thanks Cass! I guess I will hold off designing that album to sell on E-Bay. I think that people don't realize how much it actually costs to do a nice album like you did: that's why I have been hesitant to try it.
