I am going to Disney twice this year. Once in May with my son and brother and again in August with my son and wife. Both trips are for one week.
Because of the total number of days we'll be going, I am considering buying an annual pass for myself and son. I've read that for an additional $60, I can purchase a "Tables in Wonderland" card which is good for 20% off at many of the restaurants on site.
I did the DDP last trip and was happy with it, but I normally wouldn't eat dessert with every meal, I like to order appetizers sometimes, and I do like a beer or two.
My question to those who have used the TIW card is do they think it would be a good value in my case (I'd get 14 days of use, maybe more if I return for another trip before my AP ran out), or should I stick to the DDP?
And can you really use it on alcohol like I've heard? Can I stop into Rose and Crown and have a beer and just show my card?
If anyone could help me out with some information it would be greatly appreciated.
