The search is down so anyone that has stayed recently at the Yacht Club and used the concierge service and would care to share their experience, it would be greatly appreciated. We have to use our DVC points (long story) and we only have 3 nights so it looks like the YCR is where we will stay in late May/early June. I'm interested in knowing about the food offerings in particular and if the concierge rooms are on a certain floor, oh and if you felt it was worth it.

I'm grateful for any help I can get so thanks in advance!

We loved it...

All of the Concierge Rooms are on the 5th Floor. Getting the little wing right by the Concierge Desks and Elevator is Great.....the view is of Epcot, Stormalong Bay, and look to your right you can see the Boardwalk. We could see the "High" fireworks every night from our balcony. I forget the room #.

The food offering where good. There evening Cordials are AWESOME! We really enjoyed them. The cookies during the day where good. Every time we asked for a soda or milk, they would hand us several and told us to take them back to the room for later. We saw them doing that to everyone. They where really nice. The rooms are clean, decent size and I loved the walk to Epcot.

Hope this helps,
Wendi

We stayed YC Concierge in October on our DVC pts.

We loved it. We found the staff to be helpful. Dane was especially friendly. Trevor helped us secure an Illuminations cruise with just a few hours notice after we had to cancel the first one due to late arrival.

Amy in the pre-planning office is AWESOME!

We had room 5229. All of the concierge rooms are on the 5th floor. Some of the suites are on other floors but we couldn't book those with DVC points.

We had a waterview and it was awesome. I wouldn't want any other view. We could see the Boardwalk and SAB.

The lounge offerings were nice. We enjoyed the cans of soda that they always had for guests. Our kids enjoyed the dessert offerings as they always made a little something special for children.

They had clams one night, BBQ pork and potatoes another night and always had mac and cheese for the kids.

The only annoying thing was the demon child who kept leaving his boogers in the Mickey cupcakes on a daily basis while his parents read the paper.
