I am not sure where you are from but my 9 year old girl loves just about anything from the "More than Magic" section at Target: lipglosses, body wash, lotions, and basically anything with sequins.

Amazon has really cute necklaces and bracelets that go on “lightening deals” around $10. (typically silver plated with heart or butterfly) I’ve purchased them for dd and nieces and they are always a hit!

String or LED colored lights. Again, Amazon has lightening deals on these.
