I have to agree with Matterhorn. We did exactly that last year and it was the best. My wife saved and cut corners for two years to save the money for the 10 day trip. We do not do credit for anything..so if it is not in the bank, we do not do it.

We did what we wanted to do and did not look back.

I don't think it's really costing us more. The ticket prices are the same wherever you get them. As for the hotel, we wanted one right there across the street, and it had to fit 6 which limited us. So it really isn't TOO different. However it's too late now...oh well. At least I know for next time!
