i need help with my sig

i need help with my signatuar ( srry if i spelled it wrong ) i need some on to make me one of those glitter sign things for a boy and i want it to say westsider and i want to know how to get a photo of your person i vmk post here if you can help me

Hey! Glad to be able to help.

For the glitter name, I suggest you do a thread search and see if you and find a tutorial written by other Dis'ers that can explain it better than I. If you can't find one or you just don't understand it, PM me and I'll be happy to make one for you.

And for the VMK character...
Go on VMK and set your character up as you want it to look. Then find the 'print screen' button on your keyboard and press it. It may say 'PrtSc', and will probably be at the top, to the right. Then, open up the Paint program and a new document. Then go to 'Edit', and click 'Paste'. What you saw on your screen should now be shown on the Paint program. If it doesn't work, try pressing the 'print screen' button again. If it works, you can crop the picture by using the box tool; put a box around the area you want to keep, then go to 'Edit' again and press 'Copy'. Open a new document and click 'Paste'. Then you'll need to host it somewhere, such as Photobucket.com. When you do that, you'll get an automatic code underneath the picture that you can place in your signature to show your picture.

I may have explained it very badly, but I'm sure there's someone out there who's said it better than me, so you can always search the threads. Hope it helps, PM me if you need more instruction!

Something like this? Go to www.glittergraphics.com copy and paste into your sig. For copying of your vmk character there is a button on your keyboard that says PrtScrn, press that and then go past it in a program like paintshop. Crop it, size it and upload it to a free picture hosting sight, something like picturetrail. Get the url and copy, paste the url in the button that is green and yellow that looks like a mountain, on your message toolbar, omit the extra

If you are using a laptop, the "Print Screen" button will probably use blue text. So make sure you hold down the blue text "Fn" button before hitting "Prnt Scrn".
