I need help quick!

After searching the internet for hours I decided to turn to the Dis for help. I'm in charge of a craft project for kids of all ages...literally...2 yrs to 12. So it has to be fast drying, easy, non messy if possible and cute. The kids will be coming in randomly for 2 hours to make the craft.

The number of kids making this project will be around 150. Each were told to bring a photo of themselves so I would like that to be part of the craft.

Any ideas?

I really do not have a budget, more of a time issue. I was just asked last night and the activity is this Sat.

If you have popsicle sticks and construction paper, you can have the kids cut out and color paper flowers and then cut their picture into a flower shape, glue these to the sticks and the family can plant them when they get home.

This is a fancy version of what I am talking about, but imagine one of the flowers is actually their picture.

when DS(8) was in Reception class (rising 5) each child made a Christmas bauble using their photo and a clear plastic bauble. I don't know if you have the moeny available for these (they are not very expensive) - the kids can have one half "their face" and decorate the reverse with glitter, beads, a drawing or whatever. Very quick and minimum stick! Given the season some sort of decoration which can come out year after year would be lovely - DS(8) always hangs "his" bauble, and DS(14) hangs an ornament he made out of crazy foam which ahs his photo on it (that craft stuff, comes in sheets) - that's another option, precut "ornament" shapes and have ribbons and things available for them to stick on.
