I think your plan is doable. You may not quite make your 12:30p lunch break on Day 1, but then again you might.

Overall, very doable. It is not clear from the way you posted this whether or not you intend to do everything from Belle to the Mickey meet-n-greet before lunch, or if lunch will be factored in somewhere between your schedule of events. As mesaboy2 states, it can be done before lunch, but that is a pretty fast-paced schedule for a 4 year old who has never been to WDW before. Do not underestimate the amount of time that your daughter will want to spend observing, playing, and being a kid. All of this will be new to her and she will want to soak it in. Don't pass up those opportunities simply because you have a touring plan in your hand that says that you must be at the Haunted Mansion between 11:43-11:58. As any parent will tell you, when your child is young and goes to WDW for the first time, the rides can turn out to be the absolute least important memory for them. Maybe. Maybe not. Just make sure that you build in enough flexibility for that possibility. When my daughter was three, we had the opportunity to go to WDW at the last minute for a three day weekend. It was to be her third trip. We spent the whole weekend doing character meals in resorts, riding the monorail and swimming in the pool and never stepped foot in a park. She had as much fun doing that as she would have had riding It's A Small World and Dumbo. So, again, if your schedule is what you want and expect to do all before lunch, I would suggest that you dial it back just a bit. Maybe shoot for a 2:00 finish for the first part of the day. If it turns out to be faster, fine.

I second everything that PP said, but dont panic if some of your morning activities get skipped in the morning, you can probably see them in the evening :)
Small world (for example) rarely has much of a wait

Agree with prev post. May want lunch earlier if cs. Most prob will be hungry. Astro orbiter can load slow. Carousel of progress we skip. These you could move to day 2 if needed. Any reason no FP on day 2? My DD loved princesses more than rides. I think you have done good with meet and greets. You may run across others while there (I.e. jasmine). Have fun.

My plan was to eat lunch 11-1130. Needed to b out of park by 1230 for naps. We will be using FP on day 2. I just didn't specify because I wasn't sure if I wud be moving rides from day 1 to day 2.
Thank u for your input. Very helpful.
