I need help from a 5Xs reward expert!!!!!

Ok, I really need a question answered by an 5X's expert. I went ahead and signed up for the promo and my billing cycle ends on the 27th of this month. Since I do have a trip that I have to pay off by then I am sure I can rack up during this billing cycle with the 5Xs reward bonus. Normally, my rewards account is credited the next day after my billing cycle with that cycles amount, will I get the 5Xs amount that I earned then as well, or will I have to wait longer? My billing cycle for this period is September 28 through October 27. I called Disney Visa and a few of the CM said yes I would get them at the end of my billing cycle and one said I would have to wait until like December, probably after I return from the world. If anyone has any info or experience on this matter please let me know. TIA

I didn't get a reward notice this year (guess I use the card too much now!) but had one last year. The normal points posted right after the billing cycle, but the reward points came two statements later if I remember correctly.

Thats what I was afraid of. I won't probably be getting any of the bonus points until like December, when I will be getting back from our trip!!! Oh, well its not like I won't use them in the future though.

I don't think use of the card has any bearing - we max ours out quite a few times during the year, and I still got an offer.
