Hey Everyone,

I need some help! I’m going to be traveling to Orlando on business and will have one day in the park, Tuesday, Aug. 23rd, specifically Universal, not IOA. I am a huge fan of Universal and know all the rides inside out (except for Despicable Me, which I’m dying to ride), but truthfully I love all of them. I won’t be able to get to the park until around 11:00 AM, but I’m wondering how feasible it would be to ride all of the following in the time I’m there…

RRR
Shrek
Despicable ME (possibly twice)
Twister
Mummy
Disaster
MIB
Simpsons
E.T.
Termintor 2

I plan on trying to stay there to see the fireworks show (is it worth it by the way? If so, where is the best viewing area) so I think it says the park is closing at 8:30 that night.
Any tips and pointers? Can it be done?

Thanks a bunch, you all rock! :thumbsup2

Despicable Me might be a problem. When I was at the Studios Saturday night, the wait times were 70 minutes at 5:20pm and 90 minutes the rest of the night. Now Tuesday shouldn't be as busy as Saturday but you'll still have a long line to deal with. Everything else should be doable.

I enjoyed the fireworks show and you can watch from anywhere around the lagoon area.

Aww shucks. Well, maybe I'll try to sneak in one ride of Despicable Me then instead. But, that said, do you have any tips or pointers on how I should go about my day at the park and what kinds of lines I should expect? :cool1:

Start at the front with Despicable Me and Shrek and then either go around towards Revenge of the Mummy or towards E.T. Work your way around from there. I don't know what kind of wait times you can expect but I would guess probably 30-45 minutes for most attractions...that's just a guess though.

If you have a smart phone there is an app for the wait times at Universal. Also when we do Universal we go to the right as we enter the park and start with ET, Simpsons, etc. (We do the park in the reverse order in which most people do it. It has worked for us.)
:goodvibes
