I need advice!

Can some one give me advice
We are DVC members and have stayed at Disney many times.We don't hire a car while we are there ---so much to do on property!
However this time I want to go to the Millenia Mall and the Premium outlet stores.
Can anyone tell me the best way to get there using public transport?
