I need advice and tips!

Hi, my family was thinking about going to DLP in a few years. What are the hotels like, how about the food. I've been to Paris once but, this would be my brother's first time are there childen's menu's. How is the over all theming compared to DW or DL.
Any advice would be great, thanks!

Have a look at the Useful Info and Hotel stickies which will give you some background to some of the hotels, including some off-site ones

Have a look here for a "virtual vist" of each of the onsite DLP hotels. As you can see, everything is much closer together than WDW - all hotels are within walking distance of the parks, though there are shuttle buses too!!

I think all the restaurants have a childrens menu - have a look at the DLP Foodguide.

Just about everywhere is themed, and the Disneyland Park is the most beautifully detailed "Magic Kingdom" to date.
