To wrap up misc items for my 15y/o son to tell him about his Disney trip in feb. I've bought the matchbox size airplane from Disney store with all the characters, a Disney dining symbol trading pin, I have the personalized park maps that I ordered, and a Disney GC from SAMs club. I also ordered a vintage ticket booklet from disneystore.
So, what can I do with all that stuff? I'd prefer to not do a scavenger hunt
TIA

When Santa brought my kids a trip to Disney a few years ago he wrapped it in a big box with ballons, t-shirts, water-misters and a letter/invitation from Santa. When the kids opened the box the ballon floated out of the box and the letter/invite was attached to the ballon.

i think it would be interesting to wrap each item individually and see his face as he opens them. Imagine a 15 yo looking at a matchbox airplane and then see when he puts together what is happening.

maybe a calendar sheet to with the dates circled?

When we surprised our kids last christmas with a Feb. trip to Disney this is what we did:

We bought: Mickey t-shirt for each, sunglasses for each, tinkerbell journal for DD, mickey baseball cap for DS, ponchoes for each(from the dollar store), and a few other things I can't remember right now.

Anyway, we also bought a med/large stuffed Mickey Elf and placed him in a large box on top of all the other items. Mickey was lying on his back with his arms slightly out stretched and in his hands was our Disney reservations. When the kids opened the box Mickey Elf was looking up at them holding the reservation. They were so surprised!

These are all great ideas....I'm thinking of using pieces of each suggestion!!!

Did you have helium in the ballon?
