Yes, laundry = bad!! Our water is being turned off all day tomorrow so I have an excuse to do NO laundry!

My dh gets christmas week off, so we thought we would hit DL, then go see the grand parents for christmas. How is the pool at hojo? We picked PP mainly for the slide, my ds will love it.

The pool at the HOJO is the best off-site one for kids in my opinion. It has a seperate 2 foot deep little pool with animal squirters and those water things that pop up out of the ground. It's perfect because I don't have to go in, I can just sit in the shade right by and watch if I don't feel like going in myself.

I do like PP too and my oldest DD also loves slides. She had a ball on the GC one last June and she can't wait to hit it again in April. So I think I remember it said 12/14, is that still right?

Yup, thats our plan! I hope we can afford it then! We were looking that we could get a 2 bedroom suite (or 1) at the dl hotel for the same price as a park view at the GCH so im not sure where we are staying yet. We had looked into HOJOs for our june trip........... Now that we got our new car, money is a big issue for us. Hmmmm oh well.. I guess we will see!

How is your ds by the way? He got smacked tonight with a bat. The boy took it like a man. I was impressed. I would have called an ambulance if I had gotten hit like that.

I will double check the recital Tuesday - but I am pretty positive it is in May.

DS is doing fine - he has a nice Rocky Balboa impersonation going on right now - but he should be fine. I may need AZ to vouch for me though when I take him to preschool tomorrow - it is a nasty looking knot!!

I'll vouch for you. I saw the whole thing. OUCH. I'm glad he's doing fine. Boys are so much better with injuries. He'll think it's cool today and he'll get a lot of attention at school. You have a tough little man. I'm very impressed.

OK so check in tonight to let us know for sure when the recital is! Pretty positive isn't 100%!!!!

Ok I've gotten yelling at you and Albort out of my system. I promise I'll be nice from now on.

Actually starting running is pretty funny for me. I've always ran for exercise but for the past 3 years I said I had this goal of running a marathon. Well, it got scaled back to the half marathon. Sooo 3 years ago, I had surgery on my foot because it was hurting too bad. 2 years ago it wasn't completely healed so DR said no running. Last year I started and thought it would be funner to gain 20lbs instead (IT WAS) SOOOOOOO this year I'm starting ALL over and trying again. It takes me about 3 weeks to get addicted to it. I can easily give up in those 3 weeks. If you say I need to be on the DIS! more I probably will be but I am going to try. My brother is pushing me to get back to it since he wants to run it with me. He runs marathons and does triathalons in his sleep so he thinks I'm a baby when I complain.

Anyway, that's my story. I had a dream last night that I was on the DIS. Wonder why! I'm putting this on dizzy's thread about Dissing too much!

Today we have ds's birthday party at his preschool! Then we have our own family birthday party tomorrow for ds and dh. We didnt give him his presents on Sunday because we wanted him to open some on his actual birthday! I love birthdays even if they are not mine.

Chief!!!! We've missed you! Why haven't you checked in with your fanbase?

Laundry, who needs to do laundry. Do like me and let it pile up til it stinks and dh threatens to get a hotel room. then when he takes the kids away for a few days to let them have "fresh air" you can relax at home with a mask on to hide the stench. Then I do the laundry and they come home and the cycle starts again. It's good for everyone.
