We've been to WDW many times and have eaten many breakfasts at Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace. I need a new place to get a great breakfast where we may even get a "specialty" food like Tonga Toast (Polynesian). Anyway, we'll be traveling with 4 adults, 6 kids (ages 3-12). Any suggestions?

It doesn't have any real specialty items, but Cape May Buffet at the Beach Club Resort is a great character breakfast. The kids will love the interaction with Goofy, Chip 'n Dale. Minnie appears for photos at the entrance only. The buffet has plenty of food and it's all very good.

Boma, at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, has a wonderful breakfast buffest. DH loves the made to order omelets, and so many items to choose from!

I have heard that Crystal Palace has a good breakfast buffet as well - we are going to try it on our upcoming trip.

My favorite is Donalds Breakfastosaurus in AK. If you make the PS early enough, you get to enter the park before opening and are escorted by a CM. IMO AK is the most beautiful of all 4 parks and is even more special early in the AM.

For a more "upscale" breakfast, my favorite is the Grand Floridian Cafe.

Spoodles is also very good.

I vote for Tonga toast! :)

They also had the banana-stuffed toast at Boatwrights but called it something else. I don't know if that's still open with the renovations there, however.

How about the concourse steakhouse at the Contemporary?

You can watch the monorail whizzing by and have some sticky-mickeys (warm cinnamon rolls) alog with every breakfast item you can think of from cereal to eggs benedict.
