I Need A Book For Creative Writing Class - Poetry Collection

Part of my Creative Writing class is reading different books, to become a better writer by reading what others have written. Then you write a Reading Responce about the book. Has anyone read any good Poetry Collections? I would like something intresting.

Rose That Grew from Concrete by TuPac was reccomended by a friend. Has anyone read that?

Try "What Narcissism Means to Me" by Tony Hoagland. You won't find it in the library, because it's new, but it's good.

never read Tupac....so I dont know much about him.

Maya Angelou is GREAT!

John Lennon is interesting as well.
