I need 40th Birthday Suggestions

I will be at WDW for my 40th birthday with my DH, DS (8) and another family that has a 5 year old girl. Where would be the best place for us to have dinner and celebrate my birthday with kids?

Fireworks cruis on the seven seas lagoon. Food can be arranged. Narcoossees at GF beautiful view and if timed right you can see the electrical water pageant while viewing the castle in the background. Make sure you let them know when you make your PS that it is your bday.

We (DH, DS18, DD15, DB) celebrated my 50th with dinner at the castle last year. I got a late PS and we got to see the fireworks while we were eating. The servers sang HB and I got a free birthday dessert. It was truly magical!!!

Bumping up for more opinions. It appears I may be at Epcot on June 7th. Any suggestions?

MK - Cinderellas Castle is the best place to eat for almost any special occasion.

Epcot - Rose and Crown Pub would be very nice. You could try get a PS for Illuminations.

MGM - Brown Derby has great Grapefruit cake. Well it's great as long as you like Grapefruit.

AK - Nothing spectacular here. But, Rainforest is one of my favorite. You either go there here or DTD.

Other Locations - Cailifornia Grill, Citrico's, and Jiko is good, but kids probably won't be that into them.
