I have had luck really late at night lol, definitely keep trying though. I thought I would never be able to get a one night reservation for this December and after trying every single night I got it. Good Luck

Maybe I should call them or book the weekend.
I just bought an AP and I want to use it some weekend before the 1st

Right now Disney is blocking one night stays so you won’t find any. Try looking on third party sites like Hotwire or Priceline they will sometimes have a room on property for just a night

I am in the same situation for first weekend in October. Has anyone had success by calling or doing it on line.

Did you try Swan\Dolphin? other than the 3 day weekend you can probably get it - you can get it for the three day weekend but it was 880.

BTW I think they get the late night hours for deluxe as well

They may very well have limited ability to make one-night reservations, especially with overall limited resort capacity.
They don’t want unoccupied rooms. it most people rent Friday to Sunday , they don’t want to rent too many rooms Friday night only.

Have you looked at the Swolfin (Swan or Dolphin?) plus the new hotel attached to the complex?

Swan or Dolphin is perfect for those parks. Rates may not be much more than a Disney moderate. You can walk or take the boat to either park. They also have a Passholder rate… code is QWH. No magic express or charge to the room tho.
