Today is my dh's birthday! So Happy Birthday to him. Ds and I took him out to eat last night for a birthday dinner and after dinner he took us for a ride. And it's was so flippin' cold. And were did he take us you ask????????
to A C Moore!!!!!! Yippee!!!!! He said that I had mentioned that one of my dis friends (thanks morgansmommy) said that they priced matched the carts from Jo's over there and that they had the new ones.......-so he does pay attention when i'm blabbing!-
So why don't you get some? he said. Are ya kiddin' me?! So I asked the lady and she said that they don't do that anymore. And I said can I please ask the manager? and I did and he said he would price match them if I had the ad with me. Well I just so happen to have it in my bag of crap - i mean pocketbook same thing!- so I ended up with both Sesame Street ones, the wild cards one and the Hello Kitty shapes one. -just because I love Hello Kitty- So we left the store and dh said to me "happy birthday to you i guess!!!!"
he loves me! it's his birthday and he buys me stuff.
and where exactly is he right now......plowing out the Michaels plaza. and won't be home for hours. What a way to spend your birthday right?

OMG that is so funny! i ALWAYS ask him to go in there while he's plowing and he said he's not sure his boss would like him shopping for scrap stuff while he's working??? i can't understand why???

Hey it was my Dh's birthday yesterday as well. But I didnt get any catridges we did go to my favorite restaurant though. Poor guy his party today is snowed out.

Happy Belated Birthday, Mr. Po3!

Yes, Holly, he is a keeper. This morning as I was bundling up to go out to snowblow, I told my DH I was wearing his boots, he would have to put on shoes to go out to get the paper. He laughed and said that would be a great thing to get me for our anniversary, a pair of my own LLBean boots. You did well getting carts for his birthday.

hey cool! what restaurant did you go to? maybe we were at the same one??

Just the local TGI Fridays in Seekonk - dont have to worry that the kids are talking too loud there cause its so noise. We had a good time. Were you there?

thanks everyone. i will pass the birthday wishes! he's already out shoveling and plowing. he got home so late last night that we (ds and I) barely got to spend any birthday time with him yesterday. i did take a pic of him and ds sharing an ice cream sandwich last night.

lisa- nice LL Bean Boots are good too!

kathy- ya know i've never been to that Friday's before. We went to Savini's. It was really good, and it was dh's choice. I really think the ds wanted to go to Hearth & Country in South Attleboro because he calls that the *fancy restaurant*. I know he will choose that place for his bday next month!
