In short, someone has offered to sell me tickets Seaworld with days left, can I use them. Or is it like Disney where they take your fingerprint?

SW uses biometric and they can also ask for ID. Trickets are non transferable.

There is no way to tell if the tickets are still good anyway.

The fingerprints at Disney don't really work.Me,my dad,and some friends swapped tickets to test it.It still let us in

All theme park tickets -- Universal, Disney, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, The Holy Land, all of them -- say on them somewhere that they are "non transferable." So technically no, you cannot use them. They cannot be transfered from someone else to you.

In reality, you can certainly purchase them and try to use them. Providing that they are actually valid tickets, you may well be able to get into the park. But SeaWorld tickets have restrictions just like many Disney tickets do. Generally, SeaWorld tickets carry expriation dates -- you can use them for 14 days after first use, after which they are no longer valid. You will want to find out if the tickets carry an expiration date before you purchase them. Otherwise, you may discover that you cannot use them.

Look at the tickets -- read the fine print. If they expire, make sure your trip falls within the window. I'm not sure SW tix have a "no expire" option.
