I messed up MDE-anyone else know how to fix it?

I'm officially frustrated with MDE!!! Yep took me a little while to catch up with the others but here I am ready to throw things!

DH and I went in Sept, we had a beautiful wonderful experience with Magic Bands, FP+, and even the app worked perfect for us.

Saturday I booked a family trip that has 2 rooms-DH and I in one, our 19 yo DS, 29 yo DS, and 6 yo DGS in the second room. I booked a package for each room. Since I can't be in both rooms, the 2nd room went in oldest DS's name. So that I had access to both reservations I set up a MDE account for oldest DS and then tried the invite to share plans-guess I shouldn't have. All I want is to be able to book FP+ for all of us. Well now, oldest DS is listed twice on his reservation and youngest DS has dropped off altogether.

Is there an IT number I need to call or just back to the number I booked-I really doubt "Nigel" can help me with this :sad2:

(I know I need to be taken out and shot for yet another thread about this stuff sorry:guilty:)
 
Don't know about how to get the youngest child back on, but when there were two "me"s on the MDE reservations, I had to have my DH send an invitation to each of them to share and plan. The key was to use the SAME email for both of the "me"s.(and addresses that were different from DH's) once I accepted both of the invitations, the MDE seemed to realize I was only one person and merged the two into one.
 
Call central reservations and ask to be connected to the IT dept. You may have to wait a few extra minutes but someone WILL assist you. I had a glitch with my annual pass band and my reservation, worked out fine. Trip went well--\no problems
 
My DS ended up on our friends and family list 2 times. When I sent him an invite to share plans it took one off. Also when I was setting everything up my DH ended up under friends and I couldn't figure out how to get him on the family list. If this happens to you there is a small box to check that says "travels with you frequetly" make sure that is checked. That will move them up to family list.
 

Try 1-407-939-7849. This is the number I called when I had problems and they fixed them asap. Hope it's o.k. to post the IT number for Disney here. If it's not please forgive me.
