Luvmyfam444 - Welcome to WISH. You have come to the right place to get the encouragement and even advice, if needed, to help you along the way. The greatest part of this is we are all Disney fanatics which surprisingly enough does help with ones motivation. Also, you are surrounded by people who are going through the same thing with you. I am the OP on another thread here and we have several ladies that have went from a plus 20 size to a 14/16 so I know it can be done. It does take a concerted effort though. It is not something to take lightly. Example, my DW really needs to loose about 50 or 60 pounds for her own health but she doesn't have the motivation to stick with it on a regular basis. She always gives excuses on why not to exercise or to stay active. The only way you are going to be able to lose the weight is to be able to create a calorie deficit. This means you will have to burn more calories than you are taking in. If I may give you a couple of suggestions, this is what I would do.
1) Try to exercise earlier in the morning on an empty stomach. This will aid you in to burn the food that you have stored from the day before so it will not turn into fat and it will also elevate your metabolism to a high level where it will stay for the rest of the day. This means that you will be burning more fat and calories overall for the whole day.
2) Drink lots of water. Not tea or Kool-Aid but water. This will help flush you out.
3) Take a good multi-vitamin. This will make sure that you are getting all of the nutrients that you need and will aid in energy levels.
4) Last, exercise! Get up and move. Sweat! It's nasty. It's dirty. And sometimes, it stinks but we have to figure out a way to make it more fun and keep our attention.
I hope this helps you. Plus, remember that you do have a support team back here on WISH. There are several established threads here that you can join into. There is the Biggest Loser threads, Dieting for Disney and the Exercise challenge for each month. We are behind you 100%.
