I travelled from PVD to MCO in late October for an anniversary trip on the DCL. I had purchased my tickets in early May of last year and found a reduced flight in early July. I received a credit for future travel of $180.00 at that time. I called them recently and told them that I would not be travelling by July 2 and asked if I could extend it. I also told them that I had hoped to get an actual refund but I was told when I had called months ago, that I was not entitled to a refund but to a credit instead. She looked up my record and told me that as a gesture of goodwill, they would return the credit to the credit card that I used at the time of purchase. I just got the credit back to my credit card only one week after they said I would get it. I just luv them.
