I LOVE Sarah Herold! Planner's assistant

I just want to tell everyone about my awesome planner's assistant. My actual planner is Kathy Terry and I have never heard from her since her voicemail telling me that she is my planner. However, her assistant, Sarah Herold, is absolutely amazing!

I am sure that there have been more than a few moments where she wanted to strangle with with my constant changes that I have been making, but she ALWAYS gets back to me right away (most of the time the exact same day I email her) and is always super helpful and nice. I have talked with her a few times on the phone about things and she is just a doll.

We have our planning session in 2 weeks and I SO hope that she is there so I get to meet her.

So if you get Kathy Terry as a planner, rest assured that her assistant is AMAZING!

We have Sarah as our planner's assistant too, and she is great! Like you said she is always prompt at responding to emails.

Our planner is Lisa and we love her too She is also great!

Sarah is our Planners assistant as well and has been absolutley wonderful. Our wedding is in 16 days and they usually get back to me in a few hours. Michelle Wenzler is our planner and she has also been wonderful.

Sarah is great. Kathy is our planner too and before our planning session Sarah was the one we heard from. Our session was the first time we had any real contact with Kathy, but rest assured she is great as well. I think it's a little easier for Sarah to respond more quickly, but Kathy has taken care of all of our requests. Happy planning!!
