Just got back from 2 1/2 days at DL... stayed at Hojo with DH and our 3 girls: 7, 6 (celebrating her b-day today) and 4. We live in San Diego and have been several times. This ended up being one of our best trips, and it was POURING at several points. It was just amazing to have no crowds. We walked on Toy Story Mania and then got off and walked back on... we did Soarin', which we'd never done, walked on Peter Pan, Mr. Toad, Snow White, Dumbo... my husband and I each walked on Splash Mountain which we never ride b/c of the lines and our girls don't want to ride it... we could have walked on pretty much any ride. The only line was Nemo, b/c they were only running one sub. We did get to see a parade on Tues. evening.
It was a very cool experience. I could actually see things in DL that I"ve never seen... just little details like orange trees and little statues I've never noticed b/c of all the people.
