Just got the following email from Chase:
"As a valued customer, we’d like your feedback and ideas to play a role in helping us create the best possible products, service and experiences. To that end, we invite you to join the Chase Innovation Community. As part of this select group of customers, you will be asked to participate in short online surveys and discussions with others in the community, focused on the United MileagePlus credit card. Your contributions will result in improvements and products inspired by you.
******[redacted link to eligibility survey]******
Here's what to expect if you're eligible and agree to join the community:
• We'll ask for your participation once or twice a month.
• You'll spend about 15 minutes completing an online survey or participating in a community discussion on topics like the design of new products and the quality of our letters and emails.
• We'll review responses to help us improve our products and services.
The Chase Innovation Community is managed by IPSOS. IPSOS will ask you to share your thoughts about Chase, but your responses may be viewed by other members of the community and used by Chase. You'll never be asked for your account numbers, Social Security number, PIN or online banking username or passwords.
The purpose of the Chase Innovation Community is to get your opinions and feedback.
Thank you for your help. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,

Since I'm somewhat of a survey junkie, I went ahead and took the survey to join and was accepted. Here's what the welcome message reads:
"Welcome to Chase Innovation Community – your place to create the United Mileage Plus credit card of the future! I’m excited to have you here and look forward to learning more about your thoughts on different products and services, and of course how to improve the overall United Mileage Plus credit card.
Your feedback will be shared with decision makers at Chase, so you’ll have a significant opportunity to impact the credit card!
As a part of this community, you’ll also be able to interact and collaborate with other participants who are also interested in the United Mileage Plus Credit Card!
You’ll even have the opportunity to earn some great
rewards, so be sure to visit the rewards section of the community for more information.
Again, thanks for being a part of our community and I look forward to hearing your feedback!
Kate & the Chase Innovation Team"
Wonder what changes Chase is contemplating for the United card.....
