As far as moving credit limits around... I have about $11K credit limit total over 3 sock-drawered cards (plus a little bit more on card I still use). Time to go rearrange that now, I suppose... I know I can do THAT via SM!

Yes, you can still do that via SM. Wait times actually haven’t been bad when I have had to call recently.

Oh ok! Hmmm, not sure now. I don’t mind waiting. As long as we don’t get stuck paying the AF, that would be my only concern. Plus I figured it looks better to keep the card for the year to the bank?

A few years ago we stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort and really enjoyed it. It's a smaller resort, but right in the heart of Waikiki, right on the beach, sandwiched between the Royal Hawaiian and the Moana Surfrider, two iconic resorts. I loved stepping out of the hotel right onto the sand and our oceanfront room that looked down onto Duke's, which has great live bands and awesome lava flows!

I miss Duke's so much. The Hula Pie!!!

Funny, we were talking about Hawaii last night too. I was actually browsing Zillow, looking at condos. My life is so different now, not working a regular FT job and focusing on my writing... and I have decided that I want to focus on getting a remote or remote contract job when I am ready to return to work. I do not want to be tied down to an office or one location anymore. DH is also ready to investigate how he can make his job fully remote. Things in the world are so influx, so probably nothing will happen soon, but there are silver linings from this pandemic: more family time, less running around, more money saved and less consumption giving Mother Earth a break and #1 for me: clarity on how I want to spend my working life.

I can't wait to get back to Hawaii - our favorite place in the world. Grand Hyatt Kauai is my favorite resort, ever! That said, I do not want to fly there wearing a mask for 9 hours and not getting a cup of water, ugh!

I did my FP's this morning, our FP day was actually supposed to be tomorrow too but I moved up our trip a day and cancelled another one I had booked for arriving 7/5. If you think there's a chance you'll go, I'd recommend getting up and booking ASAP. FP availability has been very scarce lately so booking early is important.

I did it as best I could. I had HS scheduled on an EMH day, but ended up doing Epcot that day so I could get MFSR on my schedule Epcot day. Otherwise most everything seems okay. No FOP and no Tier 1 at HS on my dd's birthday, but we'll make the best of it. I did have to move my Oga's ADR.

My cat went back to bed. I tried, but can't fall back asleep so starting my day an hour early I guess.

Wailea Beach is the most perfect beach! Even though GW is known for their amazing pool complex, we honestly preferred the beach. The waves were perfect for playing in and the surroundings are stunning.

I agree 100%....I've never been to a beach that I loved like this stretch of beach I'm not a huge swimmer etc except for here... swimming with the turtles everyday is magical.

YMMV may vary on if they’ll do it prior to a year being up. There’s limited DPs of them doing it at anytime but many run into the 12 month issue. You don’t need to wait until the AF posts. Just until the card is 366 days old (if you have the exact approval date).

Just finished my SW Performance Biz MSR for the 70,000 miles. Still have another $17,000 to go but estimated tax payments will take care of most of that. So many SW points and no where to go!

The Chase phone lines open at 8:00am. If you call right around that time your wait time should be less than 10 minutes!

I was looking at some recent charges and noticed a lot of things coding as grocery. We do home chef and something else can’t remember but both have been coding as grocery and getting the x5 or x12 on CSR or Aspire. It wasn’t that way before
If anyone does these food options look and see what cards your using.

does SW have a no fee biz card? I need to downgrade or cancel. If no fee card then I will move credit to other cards and then cancel.

lastly, if anyone has xfinity mobile, I have a few offers on my cic and cip card.

Thanks for laying that out. I also have it on my Southwest RR card. It is getting 3x up to $1500 through 6/30/20. I also got the promotion for 25% boost in points that post to my account through 6/30, so some of the earnings would be worth 3.75 points each (anything earned after my June statement wouldn't post until July, so they would not have the boost).

The Biz cards are not governed by the same regulations as the personal cards. I have moved a CIC to CIP and CIP to CIC without any problems besides needing $5k in credit available.
