I love CA

Not so happy with VA right now and as someone who is looking for new job and possible relocation it matters if I like a state or not. But CA is too far away. So if we end up in VA we'll just have to raise heck.

I'd be more specific regarding Prop 8 and proposed bills in VA but I guess I can't. Apparently someone will tell my mother and it will go on my permanent record.

Proposition 8 struck down as unconstitutional in California !!!!

It wasn't struck down. It was just ruled unconstitutional by the 9th Circuit Court. The next and final stop is the Supreme Court. Cross your fingers as this is the final battle that is needed to be won. I am very positive it will be decided the same way by them, as well.
