I love BLT!!!

OK, so we checked in yesterday. We are in a dedicated two bedroom, number 8024. We are on the tenth floor with a Magic Kingdom View. The room is amazing. I have pictures of the view but DH says that because we don't belong to Shutterbug or something like that we can't post pictures. From the balcony I can see the castle, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, and Wilderness Lodge.

Yesterday evening I took the boys to both pools. Their vote is that they like the slide at BLT better, but the pool at Contemporary better. This is the vote of two eleven-year-old boys. We found our name on the fountain, it looks really nice.

We went to Top of the World last night. We really liked it. We tried the flat breads and had a drink. We did go back to the room to watch the fireworks, just because we could. Tonight we are going to watch Hallow Wishes from the room.

The doors don't lock on the bathrooms. It doesn't bother me , but it annoys DH. So far his biggest pet peave is no wireless access. He has to log in to work for about an hour every morning and night. He says that this can not be a true "home away from home" with out it.

The parks are great!!! We haven't waited more than ten minutes for anything. We were at MK yesterday and at DS today. We rode Tower of Terror three times, RR four times and TSM twice.

OMG!!!!!! Thanks sssooooo much for the pics! We are staying in Feb with 2 bdr MK view and no one that has stayed in a 2 bdr has posted any pictures. Your view is awesome! I hope to get a villa on one of the upper floors as well. Glad to hear that you love the BLT. Have a great trip!

Hi - we were almost your "cross the hall" neighbors last week. Had a 2BR Bay Lake view. I had no trouble with the wireless access, though. I agree that I cannot wait to stay there again! The easy transportation was a HUGE factor for us.

We just watched Hallow Wishes from the balcony. We were blown away. The grand finale was amazing.

We're moving to SSR in the morning. I love SSR but I will be sad to leave BLT.

A second request for pictures of the room... I have seen LOTS of studio pics, but none of the 2-bedroom dedicated, which is what we're staying in for our trip in October.

I am sorry, I didn't take any pictures of the room. I can tell you that I toured the studio and there is a big difference. I didn't care for the studio at all, I thought the layout was strange. The second bedroom in the dedicated was huge. My boys had plenty of room.

The sad part is that we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Now I am sitting in a one bedroom at SSR feeling cramped. I loved waking up early and having the living room to myself. As soon as they told us we were upgraded, DH looked at me and said "I bet I have to buy you more points after this".

LOL! I SO know what you mean! We had a 2BR at SSR and then a 1BR at BLT and I also missed lounging in the living area before everyone else woke up! It did cross my mind more than once that maybe more pts. are in order!

Thanks for posting your pics. They are wonderful. Our room was closer to the CR and they prove that the MK views closer to the park are even prettier. Have a great rest of your trip!
