I purchased 2 adults 7 days PHP and one Child 7 day PHP last november using my DC discount plus advanced purchase discount by ordering them over the phone with the DC. (back then they gave you a discount on top of the advance purchase price) and I have since lost my daughters 7 day PHP (she only used one day on it). I thought I was out of luck becasue I dont have a photo copy of the back of the ticket nor do I have a reciept. But I was told by three different CMs at WDWTicket Research that since I made this purchase with DC they could bring up the REservation number from that sale, so I gave them my name and they found the reservation number form those tickets, they then said all I had to do was bring my two adult tickets that I still have and show ID and they can reprint the child PHP that I lost. I was weary of this information becasue I have read every where on board like this that if you dont have the photocopy of the back of the tickets or if you don't have the reciept then your out of luck, But I called WDW Ticket Reseacrh three times and each time I was told the same thing. And when I gave the reservation number from the purchase each one of the CM's was able to pull up the ticket purchase. So If your in a situation where you purchased your tickets fromWDW directly with Advanced purchase or through DC and you've lost your tickets give them a call.

Okay. That's good to know.

I'm always paranoid about losing a ticket to the fastpass machine, or have DS lose one as we go through the park entry on a crowded day.

I had lost our MNSSHP tickets last year (found them after we returned home) and they were wonderful about replacing them.

Everytime we buy our tickets at the windows-- they always say to put the receipt in a different place than the tickets because that way they could replace lost tickets.

All Disney requires is two things:

1) that the ticket was the correct value you say it is (7d PHP, 5d PH, etc) and

2) that you prove that the ticket you lost was yours.

A receipt would have proved both those things. But since you purchased them through DC, your information was on file with your name, date purchased, kind of ticket, etc. They can therefore replace those tickets for you without a receipt.
