I have never tried them although I like Whoppers, which is a similar candy here in the US, so I would probably like them.

You would like them better. Whopper to me are dust in the middle and taste like vanilla. Maltteasers are more like a Kit Kat center but not…lol Hard to describe.

Does anyone remember chocolate malts, like milkshakes? I used to get them from a local sweet shoppe.

They carry them in the international section of my supermarket so I will have to try them.

I was finally able to get some today at the grocery (I think the hurricanes messed with some of the import deliveries). I liked them!

Surely I can't be the only American that didn't know these were candies and thought it might be a proper name for someone that exclusively owns Maltese dogs.
