One of my last min travel planning things that I have left to do is chose transport from LAX to the Del Sol and back to LAX. Traveling to Del Sol Round 4pm. How long about will it tk us to get to the hotel? There will be 3 of us in our party. What is the best option? Do I have to mk a reservation? Also, going to Knotts B. Farm for one day. What is the best tranport from hotel to that park? I hear the metro is good and cheap, but is it a hassle? If so shuld I just pay more for a cab? Any comments will help. Thanks!!

Figure on an hour to an hour and a half to get to Del Sol from LAX at that time of day. You don't have to make a reservation if you take the Disneyland Resort Express, however, you might get a discount if you do make reservations. Try googling discount Disneyland Resort Express and also discount supershuttle. I took Supershuttle with my two kids to LAX and got a discount code to use on their website.

I believe you do need to make a reservation for the return trip. I don't know the cost of a taxi, but it might prove to be more, even with the three of you going.
