but it's a zoo out there.
The mall was packed. Every spaced was filled. I felt so bad for this one lady shopping with a newborn in her arms and trying to push a cart. The shelves are starting to look a little bit bare too.

I went to Toys R Us today and it was a madhouse. I thought going in the middle of the day on a Wed. would be safe -- guess not. I made a return and bought something in the video game section and was in there for an hour. And I have more shopping to do this weekend!!!!! I always vow to get Xmas shopping done before Thanksgiving, but somehow I always end up at the stores the weekend before Xmas!

I just don't know who is going to these malls? Am I the only one that does my shopping online, in my jammies...with a hot cup of tea?

Today wasn't too bad, but I'm sure it will be this weekend. Luckily I dont have to work it.

Oh, it is getting nuts. I stopped into Zellers to buy a dang bag of dog food and wound up waiting like an hour getting jostled by frantic people while my blood pressure shot up. (sorry to my two dogs for all the cursing I did of you while in line. you know I didn't mean it. LOL)

Funny you should mention this as I was thinking the same thing today. As another poster said, I thought at 1pm on Wednesday the mall wouldn't be so bad. Boy, was I wrong. And, people also seem to be getting a little cranky on the roadways! So much for peace on earth, goodwill toward men!!

I was at both malls in Pensacola today and neither was very crowded. Sam's Club was busy but normal busy not crazy busy.

It's cleaned out around here already! Several things I went out for tonight were sold out, one being a Zen MP3 player! I was told they wouldn't be getting any more in until after the holidays and was referred to BestBuy.com.

The crowds weren't too bad though.
