There's WAY too many posts on those threads. So I wanted to make a NEW Twilight series thread. I already posted this on another thread, but I wanted to make my own.

I just started reading the series a week ago. I've finished Twilight and New Moon, in about 2 days each. I haven't bought Eclipse yet, and the library doesn't have it. But it's insane the things that me and this book have in common. Like her birthday being September 13th. I'll be 18 on September 13th this year. And her mom moving to Jacksonville, I was born and raised in Jacksonville. Her first day of school in Forks was January 18th, and that's the day that I started dating my boyfriend, Jacob. It's kinda scary. But I love the books, and I can't wait to read Eclipse, and than I can't wait for the fourth one in August!

Yes, I know the point is to have a ton of posts. But for someone like me, who likes to read pretty much EVERY post, threads with over 4,000 posts just get too long. It's hard to keep up.

It doesn't matter. There were two random threads a while ago, and it was even harder to catch up with all those posts.
I think we should keep the old Twilight thread, and the day it closes, you can make another one.

its taboo to create 2 threads on the same topic. it's not the immature game of 'oh well i can do it better then you' and try to one-up each other.

i don't like reading through all those pages and being ignored because there are to many people
I actually like to have a conversation instead of just talking to myself while everyone ignores it on the bigger threads

i honestly don't see why it matters. if you're into ont thread, stick with it. if not, then go to others. not to mention that those threads with tons of posts tend to go off topic. and i agree with the fact that you tend to get ignored if you're not one of the people who has been on the boards forever. people seem to stick to their circle of friends. just my opinion though, don't get mad over it. i honestly wasn't trying to start any trouble. i just wanted to talk about something i love, and actually get noticed.

now i've been noticed, but just as the crazy newbie who looks as though she has no clue what she's doing. *sigh* you can never please everyone can you?

And we aren't trying to gang up on you, we'll get to know you a lot better if you post in the thread we already have. I'm sorry if we all sounded rude, I apologize on the behalf of them. But I'm telling ya girlie, it's easier just to keep to one thread, instead of having the it all over the boards
