about her last visit to WDW when there was some rides closed due to power difficulties - they left a message on her answering machine and asked for copies of her park passes for that trip - I wonder what WDW plans on doing?

Please let us know when you find out! They are pretty good about letting you know things will be closed for rehab, and these closures can't be helped. But last minute clitches may be a different story. Would love to know if complaining about these gets you anything (it has never happened to us though.) We went to USF during the first year and so many things were not working that they gave out free passes to return with no experation date!! We did use them a couple years later but we are not huge fans of them anyway. Lacee

A couple years ago it rained buckets when we are at MVMCP. It wasn't a big deal, we had rain ponchos. On our way out of the park a cm was giving addressed envelopes to anyone that asked for one. He told me to send a copy of my ticket along with the number of people in my party and a short note about how the rain affected our night. I sent the letter and a few weeks later got a one day pass to any park for everyone in our party. To make a long story short, she will probably get tickets.
