I have to do it..............I keep watching all those lucky people doing the single digit dance and now IT MY TURN YEAH!!!!!!!


It's my turn- It's my turn- I'm so excited to get to go again!

Got the kids to finish their "Science Fair " entries a week early so they will be ready to turn in, got them to do all of their next two weeks spelling contracts as well as math homework assignments done so there's little for Grandma to have to keep up with, got the car serviced ( we're driving ), set up pet and kid sitters, changed all doctors, school, work, personal appointments with conflicting dates, finally told the extended family so Dear old Dad wouldn't have withdrawl from not getting nightly calls from us ( he feels ignored if I don't call to check on him every night- Mom's been gone for 13 years now so he needs daily attention from me ) and I've kept it a secret until last night so no one would "invite" themselves to join us , have all the reservations accounted for as well as some surprises for DH packed and hidden ( lets just say we plan to have lots of "fun" sans children/family ) , suitcases are packed, meds are packed and coats as well as summer shorts are ready for come what may! I'm going....I'm going- I can't wait!!!!!!!!

I think that is a fantastic idea! I do hope you are truly able to unwind and enjoy each other's company without everyone pulling at you from every direction!

All's well about the trip-
I'm just trying to pump myself up to ride the Hulk at Universal -

This is a combined trip to both WDW and UNI/IOA. My husband never rode rollercoasters when we were younger and I finally got him to try one out after 14 years of riding alone and he's a rollercoaster fanatic now-

We've never ridden the Hulk - I've ridden Fire and Ice and all the WDW RCs but never the Hulk- I'm a nervous wreck- commom sense tells me that my asthma will flair up-that I shouldn't ride it- that's my biggest fear that I won't be able to breath if I have an attack during the ride but the great big old kid in me says "do it while you can- who knows when the next time you'll get a chance to ride it will come along " but I'm really nervous- decisions decisions- well I guess i'll see how I'm feeling on the big day and go from there!

He's never ridden TOT ( always takes the chicken exit right before you board the ride ) and I have 2 times ( by myself ) so I'm trading an "I'll ride hulk" for a "if you'll ride TOT with me!" :yes: - I might find a way to get out of it yet!
