I am banking on it not being super crowded. What with this being the 55th anniversary I think it will be busier in July. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. That and they an off season type of deal this summer.

You know, in all the times that we have been to DLR, I have never been in June. I am not really sure what to expect. We have gone in July before, (actually over the 4th), and that was a madhouse! But in the surge of APs in the last couple of years, the crowds and seasons have changed so dramatically. I would have never imagined it would have been so busy in October last year, because that used to be the off season. At least two of the days we were there (maybe three... I can't remember), they were nearly at park capacity. Almost every day it was re-entry w/ handstamps only... and that was not the most enjoyable. It made leaving the parks at any point of the day a little scary because you didn't know if you would be able to come back in later.

I guess that is why I would even be considering a June trip. Busy times and not so busy anymore, and the off season is packed! I figure June can't be any worse than trips I have had in the past, as far as crowds go. And besides, any trip to DLR is better than no trip at all!

We were there one time that was like that in March. I think you are right about there not being an off season anymore. And about more people buying the AP's. We are going to be there for 6 days so if it's busy we have plenty of time to do what we want.

I'm going to add one day, monday the 21st to my dates. We were going 3 days and using our GAD vouchers towards the price of that but then I found 5 day hoppers for $154 a piece on last minute travel so decided to go during the uber crazy mon and tue that isn't blocked out. We'll use our GAD vouchers for fast passes those days. We'll have 3 days of gad vouchers so I'm thinking we'll use them mon, tues and Friday.
