We are staying at the HoJo now June 20-26 and then San Diego for 4 days to visit Sea World, Legoland, and the Wild Animal Park.

I did that trip with DNeph 2 1/2 years ago right before his 10th birthday. We loved every minute of it! We did the zoo instead of the park and also did a couple of days at Universal. I've promised DGrD the same trip in a few years when she's older. Just wanted to say - Enjoy!

Well I am back from the diva trip and IF, big if here, we go it will def be the week of the 21st. Our office manager at work's son is getting married the week before and mom and I can't be gone when she is gone soooo it is that week or nothing. Unfortunately the recession has been hitting us really hard so it is still very much up in the air if we are going to be able to go but I REALLY want to and so do the girls. SOOO for now I am going to leave it but I will let you know if we end up not going.

And not sure where we are going to stay. We stayed at PP this last trip and mom REALLY loved it but that would be even WORSE on the pocket book but it was soooo nice to stay in a Disney property. Ahhh to dream!

I will cross my fingers for you. I am so glad you had fun on the diva trip, I am so gonna do it next year if the dates are good for me. I will keep you penciled in for the 21. We have stayed at the DLH the last few trips we have gone and we loved it. This trip is off property so my excitement is different.

NOT that the good neighbors aren't nice mind you but it is just different. We got chocolates on our pillow and since it was mom's birthday they went all out and gave her balloons and some mickey rice krispie treats and a free photopass. It was just fun! We never really left the "property" the whole time. Kept it "magical".

That's one of the things that I like about staying onsite. You don't have to leave. We get there park the van and don't move it again until it is time to leave. The only time we went near the car was to go exercise with Richard Simmons. This trip I do not plan on going to Beverly Hills, that was not a fun drive.
