If you heard beeping when you crossed the start mat (under the start clock)--they should have registered a chip start and it should reflect that at some point.
They know that thousands of people didn't cross the start line at exactly the same time.
Chip times are sometimes off until the post race audit. Then sometimes one or the other mat will blink out for a bit. With the moisture it would not surprise to me see more than I saw on the results pages.
Give the RD 2-4 days then e-mail if the time doesn't correct itself. It would help if you had a time from your Garmin or stop watch to furnish if you do have to email
I've found a dozen or so and haven't tried hard. We all appear to be slowpokes. I assume the start missed us. Splits were at the proper intervals. One woman was listed with an 18:52 pace.

I believe if the chip didn't register--then that would screw up your results. (I.e. if it doesn't read you at one mat, then the other mats may be null, but I'm not positive.)
However they should figure it out when your finish official time is going to have you in before those with slower paces.
I wouldn't worry too much and just take note of your garmin time if you have it. Also if you can remember the clock time when you crossed, that can be helpful as well.
ETA: and you will still get a certificate and be an official finisher btw. As long as you finish before they shut off the mats. I know it would be a bummer to have the time wrong, but as long as the mats got you and you have a finish time--you will get a certificate and you are considered an official finisher.
Yes, there's a certificate! I know they used to mail them but I have an odd feeling that last race they sent an email andf you had to print it out yourself? or maybe my mind is still numb from this morning's run.
My d tag showed me at 5k and 15k only but I ran step for step with my running partner and her times showed correctly. Seems like either the rain or the cold may have effected things. I emailed race director and we'll see if they correct. Glad I finished between the snow, sleet and rain and wind this was the most miserable I have been since Ironman Lake Placid in 2003 - there we had rain and winds with wind gusts between 30 - 40 mph and temperatures in the 40s and that was in July.
My DH and I did this one together since we were doing Goofy (he is usually way ahead of me in the faster corrals). The half was our "take it slow" race. We started in corral F. His time is fine but mine is off and missed me at the start and 5K. The remainder of my times are ok. It had me listed as finishing 25 min later than I actually did. I know it doesn't really matter but it frustrates me. I sent an email but have not yet gotten a response.
For the full marathon I make sure to stomp my D-tagged foot on the orange stripe of each sensor and had no problems with my time for that one.
mine was off, the text alerts had the clock time instead of chip time, but I didn start till 31 mintues after clock time! the actual results were right but everyone following me on that day t hought I was just really slow! lol

Same thing happened to my DH. He didn't care, but that 30-minute difference was put him as coming in after the 3:30 cut-off. I spent the whole day secretly fretting that he wasn't an "official" finisher. When I finally checked the web site on Sunday morning before the marathon, however, I saw that he was under 3:30 and felt much better!

My DD always picks on me about being a slow runner, so when she got the text alerts saying I was running a 17:00 mile she was really confused! She said she knew she gave me a hard time, but she didn't think I was REALLY that slow. She was glad when DH called her at the end of the race and told her I finished in 2:49 instead of the 3:20+ it was projecting for me. She didn't know how to tactfully ask if I'd really run that pace.
