Can I book with AAA for a better rate and still use my Loew's first card .... for perks....stay credits and a possible free upgrade?

Absolutely! AAA is as far as I know the only 3rd party rate where your LF benefits still apply. We booked a AAA rate (239) for a gardenview room during our last stay, got upgraded to a Portofino suite at booking as I am Platinum, and got upgraded again at check-in to a Hospitality suite.

You don't necessarily get a written confirmation but I would make sure that I have one. Call the reservation desk and request one. They will email one out to you.

:eek: Thank you! I have asked twice for the Loews card and haven't received that either....
 
When you apply for your Loew's First # on line, you should receive an email with the # in it. Don't bother waiting for the card, just call and have the # applied to your reservation. This thread has good information about the program.
 
Thanks all..I called today. First I discovered on my own that the reason I couldn't find my reservation online is because it is under my 6 year old grand son's name..Then after being transferred around I was told they would Email my reservation. For the 4th time it did not work. She did tell me that I can call her tomorrow and she will scan and send the confirmation herself to my Email as they are not allowed to snail mail confirmations..:confused3
My Loews number was on it though, she assured me..I am checking in in less then a month..

I know that I had trouble getting my emails from Loews and then found out that there was a letter wrong in the email address. Once that was straightened out, things were fine.

My extended family (10 of us) just booked four rooms at RPH for the last weekend of HHN and received the Super Saver rate ($191.00) which was the same as the AAA rate. It doesn't include the length-of-stay tickets but it is still a great deal. The reservationist said that the hotel is getting pretty well booked for that weekend and upgrades for the LF Blue level may not be available come November. Oh well.

Some people have spam set to just be deleted. If you are still getting spam then I guess that isn't your problem! I guess I give up!

When it didn't appear after 24 hours MYRA scanned it and Emailed it to me separate from the automated system..She even drew a smiley on it! I'm good to go! Thanks..
