Thanks all..I called today. First I discovered on my own that the reason I couldn't find my reservation online is because it is under my 6 year old grand son's name..Then after being transferred around I was told they would Email my reservation. For the 4th time it did not work. She did tell me that I can call her tomorrow and she will scan and send the confirmation herself to my Email as they are not allowed to snail mail confirmations..
My Loews number was on it though, she assured me..I am checking in in less then a month..
