I know file sharing is illegal ( mp3 ) but has this gone way too far?

I buy cd's but I like to burn the music to my pocket dj to listen to while exercising. Doesn't seem fair that I couldn't do that. If I saw that on the outside of a cd, I wouldn't buy it.

Is it a Sony disk? I didn't see it in the article. (I might have missed it)

Sony has anti piracy software that does things that should be illegal. When you put it in your pc it downloads a player that you have to play your cds on. If you try to remove said player it messes up your active link library. which can, and probably will RUIN a computer. for deleting their player.
