I just turned on the Travel Channel and they were featuring the Beach Club!

How do I find out about these things in advance!? They even took a little tour of the World Showcase. I scrambled for the VCR remote, trying to hit "record" before the shot went off. I got like the last 15 minutes or so.

It gave me an idea, though-- wouldn't it be nice to have a tape of these types of programs? I know they're out there. Does anyone else do this? If you look at the TV guide, it just says, "Great Hotels"-- it doesn't say *which* great hotel they'll be featuring. I don't want to miss out again!



Update: I just went to the Trave/Discovery channel website and did a search for "Disney," "Epcot," and even "Beach Club" and NOTHING came up under TV listings!! Gimme a break.

We caught the special, I even put a blank tape in and hit record and it didn't record LOL! But we were very excited - we're staying at the Beach Club Villas in October. At the same time - my MIL just switched from the CBR to AKL for $155 per night with tax! What a great deal! I agree that they should say what hotels they are going to feature!

I've seen GF(and of course it was the day we got back from our wdw trip...i surprised i wasn't in tears!)
and I've seen AKL on it too!

oh i missed it!
YC is my favorite hotel!
and BC Is like it...lol

I caught that one before, it was a great show. I think the Beach Club is beautiful!

I saw it, too – that show with Samantha (forget her last name). I’ve never stayed at the Yacht & Beach Club, but went over to look around and eat at Beaches ‘n Cream on my last trip. That Kitchen Sink Samantha was eating looked really good, and so did the steak at the Yachtsman Steak House.

Thanks for the Travel Channel schedule. I’ll definitely try to tape the shows. I wish they’d do all the Disney resorts!

I caught that show yesterday morning only because I was channel surfing. Thanks for the info. I've printed it out so I can tape, too. It will be fun to have them till we go to DIS-CON II in December.

I usually check Yahoo! TV listings early in the week. Or you can check TravelChannel.com. They put up their listing a few weeks in advance and have info on which episode or program is coming up. As far as I've counted, they've only done Great Hotels (w/ Samantha Brown) episodes on the GF (w/ MK tour), Yacht Club (w/ Epcot tour) and AKL (w/ AK tour). No MGM tours yet.

Thanks for posting the upcoming schedule! I'd like to see the one on Imagineers!!!
