I have heard several people saying to keep calling back until you get a helpful CM. Obviously if there isn't anything to get you won't get anywhere, but maybe you will get lucky. I know that sometimes the code won't be available for the particular resort you are requesting, but if you have them check for another resort, you may be able to use the code on one of those. I am so new at this, so I am just shooting off at the mouth with ideas. I hope you get some where. Every penny saved is a penny you can smoosh in the penny machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
