I am just venting not looking for an answer...so here goes...
I ordered something off Ebay last night but before I did I asked the seller about delivery time frame and he/she said it would arrive before my vacation this weekend IF I chose priority shipping. So I proceded with that and purchased. Well about a month ago our CC was cancelled by the bank cause of a breech of security. Well I thought my husband changed it on paypal..which come to find out he didn't so thus this transaction went thru echecks...UGH. AND now it won't make it in time for vacation. SOOOO I contacted the seller with my predicament and just got lamblasted for NOT knowing the rules. I went in and changed my payment method and then REordered this item. Emailed the seller back and was told that I should have known what to do in this case. I have sold on ebay before but not that much. Never, EVER have had an issue but this person has chastized me to the point where I am just mad. I emailed them again telling them it was all my mistake and since I paid for both to send both HOPING 1 would make it before I leave. Appologized profusely taking all blame...just makes me mad how rude they were to me and not even trying to help and work with me. I just can't imagine not being nice or helping someone out. Just urks me. Oh well. I made the mistake I will live with it. Just wanted to vent...thanks for letting me!!
Oh, would you leave positive or negative feedback? They were very rude...or as rude as someone can be thru email...
