I looked at the pictures of the food at Pop Century and have been dreaming of the TieDyed cheesecake!! It looks so good. We are staying there MLK weekend and I knew I would have to get a piece of it. SOOOOOO I used Beachgirls recipe and divided the batter into 6 seperate bowls and added food color to try to get my own version of their cheesecake. It wont have the red velvet cake bottom but it does have several colors. I did not get them as dark as theirs but it is pretty!!! I will try to get dh to take a picture and post it here later.
I figure if it turns out well I will make another one to take with us so I won't be tempted with their "FULL OF CARB" version.
