I get to do paperless paperwork. Our main Printer went down on Saturday and our illustrious 
staff has left me to sort out all the transactions by hand with no receipts.
I called tech support and the ink cartridge
chip died so a 10 cent doohickey is screwing up 1000's of dollars.
