I called to modify my ADR for June 24th and the CM that helped me was GREAT! I got through much quicker than I did yesterday and he was a lot happier than the CM yesterday! Not only did he modify my ADR quickly, he gave me some info on our resort AND some info on HS. I'm glad I called right away to get my ADRs, but the CM today added a little happiness today!
I just had the best experience!
