I wanted to post about my stroller that I just purchased here so that maybe I can help out others looking for an inexpensive lightweight stroller!
I purchased the Cosotto Swift Lite in Chili from Walmart.com (that's the only US place I could even find it.) It is very much like the Maclaren line, more specifically the Triumph, but it's almost $100 cheaper! It folds and unfolds easily, has a handle (not a strap) to carry when folded, comes with a rain shield, has a 5 point easy to latch harness, the sun visor isn't great, but it's comparable to the high end ones - I ordered the RayShade to supplement. I put my 6 week old son in the stroller reclined in the lowest position and he was perfectly comfortable! It reclines very nicely! I'm really happy with this stroller so far although I haven't used it yet other than to test around my house. The basket looks like it will hold a little bit, but I won't use it much in WDW anyway since we'll have our backpack too.
I just thought this might help others. I really couldn't afford a second stroller and my Gracco was too big for the buses! This is a nice option for less than $100!
